• When purchasing your tickets, verify that you are purchasing tickets for any of our events through our official channels which include our website (pinesdinnertheatre.com) or in person or via phone from our box office at 610-433-2333. Tickets purchased from third-party sites, including Stub-Hub, Vivid Seats, UNation, and others are often fraudulent and may not be accepted for admittance.
• All ticket sales are final. Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds. If you need to reschedule your tickets, there is a $5.00 per order fee to change your date. If you are currently experiencing inclement weather, or you or someone in your party is ill, we are happy to switch your date free of charge.
• A Valid ID that matches the name on reservation is required for entry to all events.
• Payment must be made at the time of reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check, or cash. Reservations will not be accepted without a form of payment.
• Your ticket purchase includes your reserved seat for the show. Menu items, gratuity for your server, and taxes are not included in your ticket price.
• In order to accomodate you better, please inform us of any wheelchairs you will bringing or other special needs at the time of your reservation.
